Benjamin & Gabrielle Hymes

Ben and Gabrielle founded Maine Performing Arts Company in April of 2024, with the intent to provide quality educational opportunities and professional performing experiences for young Mainers.

Having been the recipient of many scholarships as a young dancer, Gabrielle credits her success in the performing arts to the people and organizations who invested in her pursuit of her dreams and encouraged her to overcome hardship and setbacks that were outside of her control. Having the opportunity to pay it forward is a dream come true.

Ben is a 20 year veteran of the United States Navy, and he believes the performing arts are an important part of our cultural fabric in America worth preserving and investing in.
